Finish 🏁: Pear. Brandied cherry. Leather. Long in length….coming in waves.
15 Stars is putting out another winner. First West bourbon is quite complex as the flavors danced all over my mouth. Rather than feeling isolated to one part of my tongue… the sensations evolved all over my tongue and roof of mouth. This is far from one dimensional bourbon… and I think you’re definitely going to enjoy this. I feel this is the best unfinished bourbon that 15 Stars has released to date. This is my jam.
