Overall thoughts? This is my first experience with Watershed’s apple brandy finish at cask strength… and it’s an enjoyable experience. The grassy & earthy combo is prominent. If you like bourbon with earthy profiles… you’re going to love this gem. The apple brandy finish is definitely there, but it’s far from overpowering. Everything about this pour has me ready for cooler weather. Its definitely a fall and winter pour… and I’m here for it!
