Overall thoughts?  I became aware of Bird Creek through numerous spirits competitions in which they’ve dominated.  I had high expectations going into this sample… and Bird Creek did not disappoint.  This is absolutely one of the best American single malts I’ve tried.  Track these guys down… you won’t regret it.
