Mash bill: 58% corn, 17.5% malted barley, 14% rye, 10.5% wheat

The barley malt is a high enzyme distillers malt out of Canada

Type of still: 200 gallon &50 gallon pot stills. The 200 gallon is the stripping still and the 50 gallon is a copper column finishing still.
All whiskey from M&O Spirits are single barrel bottlings

This of the fourth offering I’ve tried from M&O. I have deeply enjoyed all of them, but I think this one is my personal favorite.
You might not have heard of this distillery yet, but they are definitely worth your attention. I’ve slipped completely blind samples to a couple of friends who know good whiskey…and they were all highly impressed as well.
