Nose 👃: Vanilla. Pecan. Toffee. Plum. Barrel char

Palate 👅: Vanilla. Plum. Caramel. Maple Nut Goodies. Barrel char. Thick & oily mouthfeel.

Finish 🏁: Nougat. Nutmeg. Maple Nut Goodies. Dried cherry.  Barrel char. Long in length.

This of the fourth offering I’ve tried from M&O.  I have deeply enjoyed all of them, but I think this one is my personal favorite.

You might not have heard of this distillery yet, but they are definitely worth your attention.  I’ve slipped completely blind samples to a couple of friends who know good whiskey…and they were all highly impressed as well.
