Finish 🏁: Baking spices. Red wine. Black cherry. Brown sugar. Extremely long in length. Dry.
Overall thoughts? This is wildly good. I’m usually one to focus more on the palate, but I must say that the nose is incredible. As for the palate, it’s filled by gorgeous dark fruits. The high wheat mashbill and the port cask work perfectly together. It’s an absolute winner.
